How much does it cost to join?
Nothing! The HR Heroes Community, the Product Insiders and Champions programs, and Virtual User Groups are completely free.
Do I need to be a BambooHR customer to join?
All HR pros and business leaders are welcome to join the HR Heroes Community. The Product Insiders and Champions programs and Virtual User Groups are reserved for customers.
What if my company doesn’t use Slack?
No problem! When you join the HR Heroes Community, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to set up a free Slack account.
Can I invite other people to join HR Heroes?
Absolutely! Our community only improves with more participants.
What happens after I join HR Heroes?
We’ll verify your information and send an invitation email with all the instructions you’ll need to access the community.
I want to change my opt-in selection. How do I change my preferences?
Use the “Update my preferences” button above. If that button doesn’t appear for you, use the “Join the Community” button to resubmit with your updated preferences.
What do I do if I’ve already signed up but lost the link?
Resubmit the application using the “Join the Community” button at the top of this page using your original information. We’ll send you a new link!
