Lori Mitchelle is a CX Instructional Designer at BambooHR, where she creates effective and engaging learning solutions, using evidence-based instructional strategies to meet business needs. She has more than a decade of experience facilitating and creating in-person and virtual training courses, including self-paced eLearning training. Recently, her HR research has covered company culture, one-on-one meetings, and performance management. Lori holds an M.A. in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University.
