The Lost Art of Leadership

A recent BambooHR survey revealed that 58% of employees who left their jobs over the last year say their boss’s management style was the main reason that made them leave, compared to 37% in 2017. Lack of recognition, poor communication, favoritism and lack of feedback all contributed to people quitting their job in 2024.
