Organizations can use CDL Suite to collect DOT-compliant employment applications, disclosures, consent forms, and supporting documents electronically. Once the applicant has completed the onboarding process and is ready to be hired, authorized users can transfer employee demographic information directly into BambooHR with the click of a button.

After the employee record has been created in BambooHR, users may initiate additional synchronization events to transfer completed onboarding forms, consent documents, and other records as needed. This provides HR teams with access to important onboarding documentation while allowing CDL Suite to continue managing the specialized compliance requirements associated with DOT-regulated employees.

Following hire, BambooHR remains the system of record for employee management, while CDL Suite manages ongoing DOT compliance activities such as Driver Qualification (DQ) file management, document monitoring, expiration tracking, annual review requirements, alerts, reminders, audit readiness, and other transportation-specific compliance workflows.

How to Install:
