Integration

How it Works

The integration automatically syncs employee and organisational data from BambooHR into Rydoo, ensuring alignment of users, roles, and structures. This enables employees to expense accurately with the right approval flows, cost centres, and policy controls applied from day one.

How to set up the integration

1. Rydoo will provide a connector link to establish the connection between Rydoo and BambooHR
2. Authorise access using your BambooHR domain and API key.
3. Allow the permissions to sync employee fields and organisational data.
4. Save and provide Rydoo's team with your mapping table to be completed by the Technical Services Team.
5. Your Rydoo CSM will provide an example of data transfer for confirmation before enabling the connector.
6. Once the specifics are agreed upon, Rydoo will enable the connector.
7. Data will automatically import and refresh daily.

How to Use

Once connected, employee profiles and organisational structures are automatically imported into Rydoo. Admins manage user data directly in BambooHR, and the connector automatically replicates this information in Rydoo, keeping users, roles, and departments perfectly in sync between both systems.
