Overview

We know HR admin tasks feel endless sometimes. But don't let the addition of another system feel daunting. PI now syncs with BambooHR. Now you can maintain your organization list on your HRIS platform and know it will be updated in our system automatically.

Automatically sync employee data

Onboarding and offboarding has never been easier. When adding a new employee to your organization, all you have to do is add them to BambooHR, and we will do the rest. We'll automatically add them to the software account so it's one less system to set up when onboarding a new employee. It will also pick up when someone is offboarded and remove them from your PI software account.

Automatically send Behavioral Assessments

To take this integration one step further, we've added the ability to automatically send the Behavioral Assessment to employees. This means you can simply add them to BambooHR, and then we'll get them set up in PI and send them the behavioral assessment, further reducing your administrative tasks when onboarding new employees.

Automatically add users to PI Perform

If you're a PI Perform user, this integration can also send new employees an invite to Perform. This should leave you with little to no tasks associated with bringing on new employee to your Predictive Index account.

How it works

This HRIS integration will pull employee data from BambooHR to ensure your employee list in your PI account is updated and maintained automatically. Saving you time and making your day a little smoother. We've added the ability to automatically send assessments to employees so you have one less thing to think about.

How to install

Reach out to your PI consultant or speak to Sales, and they can enable the ability to integrate with BambooHR in your software account. Once this is enabled, you can set it up through our self-serve model or set up a time with our implementation team to walk you through it.

What data syncs?

** For “Field Logic or Notes,” please note: Personal Email, Date of Birth, Employee Number, Employment Status, Ethnicity, Gender, and Termination Date are not visible in the PI user interface. We use Personal Email address to look at existing candidate records to try and find a match if this employee was previously a candidate. Date of Birth, Employee Number, Employment Status, Ethnicity, and Gender are fields used within Diagnose, our employee experience surveying product.
