Integration
How it works.
Wellhub will get access to an API Key via OpenId Connect after the HR user logs in on the Wellhub landing page. Thus, that Key will be used to pull Eligibles data from our mutual client. With that data available, Wellhub will be able to offer its services to all the employees of that company and keep track of all new employees.
How to install.
The HR user will go to the Wellhub landing page, and use its company domain to be able to log in using our Open ID connect integration with BambooHR. After this step is finished, Wellhub will have access to the pre-selected fields chosen by the HR user when creating permission inside the BambooHR platform.
Steps to install.
1. Go to BambooHR Marketplace after logging in at the main BambooHR website and find Wellhub.
2. Read through the Integration Guide page and follow the steps listed in the section Create an API key for Integration to establish the non-employee account and access level.
3. In the Integration Guide page (Under Construction), enter the BambooHR subdomain in the appropriate box and click Connect. An authorization screen will be presented asking the client to log in using the non-employee account credentials.
4. Once login is successful the client will be redirected to the connection page with a connection confirmation message.
5. Through the authorization process followed by the BambooHR user, Wellhub will receive the API key required for the integration through the OpenID connect flow.
