How it Works
Empuls integrates with BambooHR using a secure API connection to import employee data such as profile details, department, designation, and key dates.
This data is used to automate engagement workflows like recognition, rewards, and lifecycle programs. Once connected, Empuls continuously uses BambooHR data to trigger relevant actions without manual intervention.

How to install
1. Log in to Empuls as an administrator
2. Navigate to Integrations and select BambooHR
3. Enter your BambooHR subdomain and API key
4. Configure field mapping and sync preferences
5. Initiate the first data sync
Once connected, employee data will start syncing into Empuls for use in engagement workflows.
