We are looking for a Customer Experience Operations Intern who will have the chance to develop their project management and process improvement skills, be mentored by experienced leaders, and make an impact on our industry-leading department in Business Operations. As a CX Operations Intern you will be responsible for maintaining critical CX systems, addressing operational issues, and helping drive a coding focused project that will provide a significant impact for the CX division. If you have a love of learning, want to develop new marketable skills, and are looking for an internship that could lead into a lucrative career, then this could be a great fit for you!
What You'll Do

- Drive a coding project focused on a scalable, consistent, and simple process improvement
- Maintain clear & consistent communication with the project team & stakeholders
- Document crucial and accurate operational processes
- Troubleshoot and fix technical issues from CX tools and systems
- Assist CX Operations Associates to complete tasks assigned during each sprint
