About Your Role

What You'll Do

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations throughout the event planning process
- Oversee event setup and execution on-site, ensuring all elements are implemented according to plan and troubleshoot any issues as they arise
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring the safety and security of attendees and minimizing disruptions
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event, gather feedback from clients and attendees, and identify areas for improvement in future events
