About Your Role

As our Front of House (FOH) Manager, you will be responsible for managing both FOH staff and FOH logistics, ensuring every guest has an exceptional customer experience.
You will spearhead a team of passionate individuals with the goal of meeting each customer's unique needs. You will very much be the face of our brand and therefore must represent our image and reputation to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have no problem jumping in to assist with greeting guests, supporting our talented front of house staff, and proactively looking for ways to elevate our guests' experiences. You will also be responsible for managing transactions with customers. Overall, you will keep service running smoothly—and help ensure guests want to return again and again.
What You'll Do
