About Your Role

As our Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for greeting and registering guests when they arrive. You will act as the first impression of our brand, so having an outstanding personality and warm demeanor is paramount.
Your focus will be on registering guests correctly, answering any questions they may have, and providing an outstanding guest experience during their stay with us.
What You'll Do

- Greet and welcome all guests approaching the front desk in accordance with our Hospitality Standards.
- Answer and direct all calls coming through the front desk telephone system.
- Handle requests for information, mail, and messages for guests as they request.
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel service, facilities, and amenities.
- Establish and maintain good communication with other staff working the front desk.
- Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions and upsell when possible.
- Assist in emergencies as required.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate all relevant aspects of the front desk computer system.
