About Your Role
Give a general overview of what this person will do at your company. For example:
As our Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all the operations at the hotel. You will act as the orchestrator for all departments, ensuring day-to-day operations are always seamless and flawless.
Your primary focus will be coaching and managing your staff and team members to ensure they’re able to deliver the highest quality service possible to all guests. Each day, you will inspect the cleanliness and upkeep of rooms, public areas, back of house areas, and the surrounding grounds to ensure our incredibly high standards of quality are met.
As the leader of all departments, you will work closely with each department head to develop goals and action plans within each department.
You will also create and manage the overall budget of the hotel to maximize profit margins while keeping costs down. Strong leadership and creative operational strategies are paramount in this role.

- Interview and hire executive committee team members and department heads.
- Provide strategic direction and support to each department.
- Lead daily operations meetings to ensure strong and sustained success.
- Find ways to drive the success of the property and monitor KPIs for revenue growth.
What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager at a hotel or related upscale venue.

- Proven knowledge of the hospitality industry and standard best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
