About Your Role

In our company, the HR Representative is crucial to communications between administrators and employees. In this role, you will help with organizing and managing employee data, tasks related to hiring, and educating employees about benefits and compensation. You will be responsible for making sure that we’re complying with all labor laws and HR policies. You will also help new employees get started and answer questions regarding HR.
What You’ll Do
