About Your Role

As our health, safety, and environment (HSE) manager, you’ll lead our efforts to ensure our workplace is safe, healthy, and free of risks to the environment and our community. Your role will help keep our employees and contractors safe, while keeping our environment safe as well.
What You’ll Do

- Identify and assess risks on our job sites, and develop plans to mitigate and eliminate those risks.
- Ensure our company and all of our job sites are in compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Help us build a risk-aware, safety-focused culture that serves our customers and our community with excellence.
- Create an annual HSE plan and train employees and managers on updated procedures.
- Drive our environmental and sustainability efforts forward to meet our targets.
- Aim for a 100% safety record on all of our job sites.
What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done
