About Your Role
Give a general overview of what this person will do at your company. For example:
Kitchen Managers ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and according to standard. You will train all kitchen staff to execute company protocol. You will also hire new staff,create schedules, and order and organize inventory. Kitchen Managers serve the main point of communication between the kitchen and restaurant management.

- Train staff on food preparation speed.
- Train new cooks on kitchen protocol.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager regarding events and menu changes.
- Manage the kitchen budget by tracking expenses and inventory.
