About Your Role

Provide a general description of what your operations manager will do.

As our Operations Manager, you will manage the department's long-term and day-to-day business. You will oversee and implement operational systems and infrastructure and recruit and develop others to do the same. You will also oversee compliance and set and achieve profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals. Our ideal candidate is an experienced, organized, team-oriented leader eager to promote a collaborative, high-performing culture.

What You'll Do

Provide an overview of typical job tasks, such as:

  • Perform long- and short-term planning, goal-setting, and change management
  • Identify and provide strategic solutions to mitigate operational and tactical risk
  • Oversee, assess, and revise operational systems, processes, and infrastructure
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Identify, monitor, and update operational key performance indicators to achieve productivity and cost reduction targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Perform reasonability testing and information validation before forming and sharing findings and recommendations
  • Set and perform quality controls and assurance
  • Plan for and purchase materials and inventory
  • Oversee and analyze budgets, reports, and forecasts to optimize profitability
  • Work closely with the legal department and management team to understand and enforce regulatory compliance standards and procedures
  • Recruit, hire, and develop qualified operations talent
  • Building and sustaining strong connections with both clients and suppliers.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
