About Your Role
Give a general overview of what this person will do at your company. For example:
Quality Managers in our organization ensure the products we make, from the raw materials through to the final product, meet high-quality standards. Not only will you determine the standards, but you’ll also perform the inspection. You’ll even train staff to follow the process required to deliver top-notch products.
Additionally, we’ll rely on you to understand and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards, determining recalls and rejecting final products when necessary. You’ll continually analyze and optimize quality control assessments and procedures.
What You’ll Do

- Determine and review specifications for products and manufacturing processes
- Train and monitor staff to ensure strict adherence to set processes
- Analyze manufacturing processes, and determine and implement improvements to meet efficiency and sustainability targets
- Set and monitor quality standards for raw and intermediate materials
- Develop and optimize detailed quality control assessments and review procedures that meet the standards and requirements of both our upper management and our customers
- Pass or reject final products according to quality control standards
- Collect and evaluate product feedback from customers
- Collect, track, and maintain quality assurance data for accurate reporting to upper management
- Inspect and report on legal and safety compliance in the product design and manufacturing process
- Determine, communicate, and resolve product recalls due to safety and design issues
What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done
