What You'll Do

- Advise on procurement strategies and assist with the selection and appointment of contractors
- Assist in resolving disputes between contracting parties, which may involve analysis of completed work, negotiation, or arbitration
- Ensure all project work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation
- Evaluate projects for environmental impact and advise on sustainable building practices and materials
