About Your Role

Give a general overview of what this person will do at your company. For example:

Our Sommelier is the in-house wine expert. As such, you’ll have the ultimate authority to select our wines and recommend them to guests. You’ll also manage the inventory and storage conditions in the wine cellar and source wines to keep it fully stocked. In addition, you’ll train servers on how to pour and sell wine to create an amazing experience for all of our guests.

  • Source high-quality wines and negotiate pricing with vendors
  • Train servers on available wines, pricing, pouring technique, and age verification
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and standards


What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
