What subprocessors (subcontractors) does BambooHR use when providing its services? (3.1)

A list of BambooHR’s pre-authorized subcontractors is found here: https://www.bamboohr.com/subcontractors/. BambooHR shares only the minimum necessary information with subcontractors to perform services defined in a written agreement, including appropriate data protection requirements. BambooHR transfers data to subcontractors in the US as described here.

May I object to or limit the use of subprocessors? (3.2)

BambooHR carefully evaluates all subprocessors and will review all feedback provided by our customers. Unfortunately, we are not able to limit our use of subprocessors for specific customers or specific uses. Approval and use of BambooHR’s subprocessors is a mandatory requirement for use of our services. If you cannot approve our use of our subprocessors, your option will be to suspend or terminate your contract.

How am I notified of changes to the subprocessor list? (3.1)

We will notify your account owners and administrators thirty (30) days prior to the change.
