Contracting Philosophy
Does BambooHR negotiate its Terms of Service or accept redlines?
With thousands of customers, BambooHR strives to keep contracting simple. Under our terms, you can select either a month-to-month term or an extended contract term. Both of these options are found under our standard, online Terms of Service. Large customers with more than 1500 employees may have additional contracting options but the majority of our customers will use our standard terms. This allows us to contract at scale, saving both BambooHR and our customers time and money. This means that BambooHR does not negotiate or accept redlines to our Terms of Service. We expect all customers to accept our standard online version. We believe that if you review our standard agreement, you’ll see we’ve created terms that are fair, balanced and in-line with market standards, with options to meet the needs of every business.
Are there other terms that govern the use of BambooHR services? (1.1)
Any additional terms would depend on additional services you select (i.e., payroll services). Any additional terms for additional services would be presented to you separately as a part of those services.
