Is your e-signature service compliant with the applicable laws and regulations in my specific jurisdiction or industry that govern electronic signatures? (16)
BambooHR has considered the general legal requirements surrounding e-signatures and has built a product intended to capture valid e-signatures with features such as user authentication, time stamps, and IP address capture; however, BambooHR does not represent or warrant that our e-signature service meets any or all legal or regulatory requirements to which our customers may be subject. Each customer should evaluate the BambooHR® e-signature service and determine themselves if it will meet their legal and regulatory needs.
