General Provisions

These Terms of Service FAQs are for informational purposes only—they are not contractual or binding in nature. These FAQs should not be seen as a substitute for reading and understanding BambooHR’s Terms of Service. Please see section 17.9 of the Terms of Service for additional information.

Would BambooHR accept additional customer supplied contracts to the Terms of Service? (ie customer supplied addendum) (17.1)

BambooHR does not accept additional or supplemental customer-supplied agreements to its Terms of Service. The use of BambooHR services is governed exclusively by the BambooHR Terms of Service and any addendums expressly incorporated therein. No external or customer-provided addenda will be accepted or incorporated.

BambooHR reserves the right to determine who we will be in a contractual relationship with. The situations in which we may be concerned would be if you wanted to assign the contract to a competitor of BambooHR or to a former customer who was let go by BambooHR for a breach of the agreement. In most cases, BambooHR is happy to consent to an assignment of the agreement.
