These Terms of Service FAQs are for informational purposes only—they are not contractual or binding in nature. These FAQs should not be seen as a substitute for reading and understanding BambooHR’s Terms of Service. Please see section 17.9 of the Terms of Service for additional information.
What is the purpose of this section? (14.1)
This section is required to be included in our terms by Apple in order to list the BambooHR® Mobile app in the app store. This provision establishes that Apple is not responsible for our services, but Apple does have the right to enforce the agreement, if necessary, should you access our services via their app store.
