Self-Service customers receive standard email and phone support from Lumelight within 24 hours. Full-Service customers are paired with a dedicated Lumelight account manager and data specialist team for personalized, hands-on guidance.
How is billing handled?
All Lumelight services are billed directly through your BambooHR account—no extra invoices or surprise charges. Customers will be billed in March after their ACA reporting is completed.
