360° Feedback
When creating a review cycle, you can add upward feedback in addition to peer feedback. Both peer and upward feedback questions are customizable. Peer feedback is feedback given by peers while upward feedback is feedback given by a direct report on their manager.
You can now gather 360° feedback by enabling the following elements within a review cycle:
- Self assessments
- Manager assessments
- Peer feedback
- Upward feedback
This 360° approach will provide you with a comprehensive view of employee performance through feedback gathered from multiple perspectives at your company. Additionally, managers and employees can gain a better understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement.
