Access Level Permissions Export

Auditing Access levels is cumbersome and difficult. We have made it easy for you to get a list of what permissions comprise what access levels. We are providing an additional CSV or Excel Export for all permissions so that you can see all the access levels and the permissions each user has. The Access Levels export now has two options, Permissions and Assignments. Permissions provides this new functionality.

Access level History

This update provides a way to visualize what specific things have changed with an access level. We have made the following enhancements:

• Details on permission changes when an access level is edited
• More details when a user is assigned from one or more access levels to another
• Better clarity around bulk assignments of users
• Clarity in the timeline language by putting person first
