Access Levels for Password Reset

We know your life as an administrator is busy. You don’t always have time to help others reset their passwords. Letting custom access level users reset their team’s passwords is a smart move. It’s quick, keeps everyone working, and adds an extra layer of security. Plus, it gives you more time to tackle the big stuff.
To grant this ability, create a new access level (or edit a current one), and under What Can People With This Access Level Do?, select Settings. Then, check the box next to Reset Passwords!
Keep in mind, employees in the custom access level will only be able to reset passwords for employees they’ve been granted access to on the See About other Employees tab.
