Access EOR Employee Documents and Payslips In BambooHR

Finding employment contracts and payslips shouldn't mean switching between systems. With BambooHR Employer of Record (EOR), powered by Remote, employees can now access synced employment agreements and payslips directly within the Documents tab, streamlining record-keeping process.

What's new

Employment contracts and payslips from Remote now sync into a dedicated Remote Documents folder within an employee's Documents tab. This folder appears automatically when documents are synced, keeping employee records organized in one centralized location. Documents are organized into Agreements and Payslips subfolders, making it easier to find what you need.

Document syncing is managed from a new Global Employment Settings experience, where admins can monitor the most recent sync, review storage usage, and turn document syncing on or off as needed.

Remote documents remain a trusted reflection of the original records. The synced folder is read-only, and any renaming or deletion performed in BambooHR only affects how the document appears in BambooHR. The original document in Remote is never changed.
