Access to Tax Documents for All EINs

We are thrilled to announce a significant update that will make tax season a breeze for our multi-EIN employees. Previously, if your employees were paid by multiple EINs throughout the year, accessing all your W-2s or 1099s was a bit of a hassle since you could only retrieve documents for one EIN.

But not anymore!

With our latest update, you can now download your W-2s and 1099s for all the EINs you were paid through during the year, both current and previous. This means no more waiting or manual distribution—everything you need is right at your fingertips!

What’s New?

• Access all tax documents for any EIN directly from the Pay Info tab > Taxes in BambooHR.
• Previous tax year documents are also available so you and your employees can see a complete history of your tax documents.

How to Access: Simply navigate to the Pay Info tab and then click on Taxes in your BambooHR account. Scroll to the bottom section to download your W-2s and 1099s.
