Adding Attachments To Goals

We’re excited to announce a new enhancement to Goals in Performance Management. Your managers and employees will have more flexibility in keeping track and reaching their goals in BambooHR.

First, you’ll notice a new look when you create a new goal. When you click on the New Goal button (or edit a goal) it will create a full-screen modal.

Second, employees and managers can now add attachments to the goal when creating a goal. You can add PDF, XLS, or DOCX file types. Files can be viewed and downloaded from the main screen. Additional files can be added if you edit the goal.

Some common uses are:

• Growth plan description
• Job-specific items
• Monthly milestones
• Certifications
• Performance improvement plans
