Additional Automated Notifications During Benefits Enrollment
We want you to have the right tools so that managing, reviewing, and approving your employee enrollments is a smooth process. That is why we are excited to announce additional automated notifications to make the benefits enrollment process more intuitive for you and your employees. We have also added more employee notification emails at specific points during benefits enrollment. Employees may receive up to five emails during enrollment. These notifications will help you better track where you and your employees are in the process.
Admin Experience
- “New Open Enrollment” Window: We’ve added text to the Enrollment Window setup page to inform you that automated emails will be sent to employees at specific points throughout the enrollment window.
- New “Elections Submitted” Notification Email: This daily email helps you stay up-to-date on who has completed enrollment, and allows you to quickly & easily start the approval process from the email.
Employee Experience
- New “Benefits Enrollment Starts Soon!” Email: Employees receive an email three days before the beginning of an enrollment window that reminds them to update their dependent & personal info ahead of time.
- New “Enrollment Ends in Three Days” Email: This reminder encourages employees to complete their enrollment on time, eliminating the need for you to send out those reminders.
