Additional Candidate List Filters

A few months ago, we expanded the search functionality in your applicant tracking system. Now, we are giving you more filtering options to further hone in on the specific candidates you are looking for.

You can now filter candidates by Job Status, Job Opening, Candidate Status, Star Rating, Application Date, and Source. You can also save filter selections for future use. In the coming months, we will add filters for Hiring Lead and Job Location as well.

We hope this makes your job easier as you try to recall and find candidates for roles, build talent pools, and ultimately, hire the right person for each job opening.
