Address Validation for Payroll
You can now easily validate potential company and employee address issues prior to running payroll so you can be confident you have the right information. Errors will continue to surface in the same way as with previous updates. Company errors will be displayed in red, and employee errors will display in orange.
Resolving these errors is straightforward and easy to navigate. Simply select the “Fix Now” or “View Issues” button located next to the error message and a pop-up modal will appear for updating the missing or invalid information.
- Company Address Error: A suggested address will appear beside the original address. Incorrect elements will be shown in orange text, and suggested changes will be shown in green text for you to review. You will then be able to select whether you would like to use the suggested address or keep the original.
- Employee Address Error: For individual employee errors, a suggested address will appear beside the original address. Incorrect elements will be shown in orange text and suggested changes will be shown in green text for you to review. You will then be able to select whether you would like to use the suggested address or keep the original.
Note: If there are multiple employees with errors, the Fix Now button will appear in the Employee Missing Payroll Info page. If there is only one employee with payroll errors, the Fix Now button will appear in the banner on the Payroll tab.
