Automated Basic Life Cost Calculations

The rate calculator feature in BambooHR has been extended to include standard rate basic life, AD&D, and life/AD&D plans, allowing you to automate cost calculations for these specific benefit plans. This update simplifies the self-enrollment process and the admin approval workflow by automatically populating costs based on the plan setup, reducing the need for manual cost entry.

Once the plan is set up for automated calculations, employees will have access to view their coverage amounts and costs per paycheck during benefits enrollment. Administrators can easily review and verify enrollment details on the admin approval page. This streamlined process ensures accurate reporting and efficient management of benefit plans, all within BambooHR.
