Automated Employee Notifications During Benefits Enrollment

Benefit enrollments, including open enrollment, can be incredibly busy periods for you. Your employees require timely notifications and reminders to understand how to, and then remember to elect their benefits. We understand that managing all of these communications can take up a lot of your time so with this release, we have created automated employee email notifications to help keep your employees on track while freeing you up to do (other) great work!

Employees will receive email notifications from BambooHR at three specific times during benefits enrollment:

• On the first day of the enrollment window
• Once they’ve clicked Save & Submit at the end of the benefit enrollment process
• Once their elections have been approved by an HR manager
