Autosave for Peer and Upward Feedback
The BambooHR Performance Management module now automatically saves what you type in peer and upward feedback. If a session times out or a browser closes, the system preserves the drafted text so you can return and continue right where you left off.
With autosave working in the background, you can focus on writing thoughtful feedback without worrying about losing progress. This update removes the need to draft responses in external documents and creates a smoother, more reliable experience for anyone with access to give peer or upward feedback.
