What's new

BambooHR compensation benchmarks are now available alongside Mercer SMB and Mercer Comptryx results, giving you more data to consider in one place. Built from aggregated BambooHR customer compensation data and standardized job codes, these benchmarks refresh monthly to reflect current pay trends.

You will also see new Exact and Close labels in your benchmark search results, making it easier to evaluate how well each job matches your criteria. The Exact label means the result matches your selected location, company size, industry, and job level. The Close label indicates that one or more criteria differ. Hover over the Close label to see exactly what's different, so you can decide whether the result is relevant to your needs.

Results are automatically organized by match quality, with exact matches appearing first. You can also check the Data Source column to identify whether a benchmark comes from BambooHR, Mercer SMB, or Mercer Comptryx.

For a closer look, select View Job Description to see how the job compares with your search filters. You can continue selecting and saving benchmarks as usual, with no additional setup required.
