BambooHR Resource Center
We are excited to introduce the new and improved BambooHR Resource Center available to admins and custom access level users. This is your one-stop shop for resources you have available to help answer your BambooHR questions and tips to help you become a master of the system.
Here are the modules you will see:
- Help Center: Includes all of our help articles and a search box to find a specific one by title. The initial list shown by default will change depending on the URL the user is on. Clicking on a title will open that help article in a new tab.
- Step-by-Step Guides: Includes a searchable list of all our walkthrough guides that lead the user through each step of the process, from updating their account colors to adding an emergency contact. (Once the resource center launches, stay tuned for additional walkthrough guides to be added!)
- Live & Self-Paced Learning: BambooHR Learning has live and self paced courses available for you to take. Check out the catalog here to jump into the course that best addresses your needs. Do not be shy about bringing your questions to the live Learning Labs; there is a Q&A portion dedicated just for that!
- Chat With Us and Submit a Support Request: Whether you want to chat with a live support rep in the moment, or you want to just submit a ticket, you have options! You can start a chat or submit a ticket right here in the resource center.
- Product Updates: This module will provide information about recent updates and a link to the BambooHR Product Updates page.
- Do More With BambooHR: Click here in the resource center to learn about additional features and value you can add to your BambooHR account.
