BambooHR Expert Services now offers two new complementary consulting services designed to help organizations tackle complex HR and HRIS challenges with confidence.

HR Diagnostic Services provides project-based consulting for organizations navigating complex implementations, mergers, acquisitions, or major organizational changes. Customers are paired with a dedicated HR Consultant who works alongside their onboarding partner to identify compliance risks, improve data quality, design effective HR processes, and provide hands-on support throughout implementation. The service can also help existing customers optimize their BambooHR setup as their business evolves.

HRIS Consulting Services extends expert support beyond implementation by combining strategic HRIS guidance with hands-on configuration. Consultants help validate data, build workflows, troubleshoot integrations, and align BambooHR with each organization's unique HR processes so teams can spend less time on system administration and more time supporting their people. Engagements are available on an ongoing, project-based, or hourly basis to meet your organization's specific needs.
