Cancel or Restart EOR Onboarding and Rehire EOR Employees in BambooHR

You now have more flexibility managing EOR workflows right where you work in BambooHR.

Cancel EOR onboarding when something needs to change. If onboarding was started with incorrect details or plans shift, you can stop the process before the employee completes account setup. This clears the contract status, unlocks employee fields, and lets you start fresh without manual cleanup.

Restart EOR onboarding without starting from scratch. After canceling or archiving an onboarding process, you can immediately relaunch the process using the same Hire Through Remote button, keeping things moving without jumping between systems.

Rehire EOR employees more seamlessly. When rehiring a terminated employee, you can now choose a global rehire option that routes directly into the EOR onboarding flow, helping you bring employees back faster and with fewer steps.
