More Tools for Carrier Connection Error Identification and Resolution
We continue to improve the carrier connections setup process, which involves working with various insurance carriers. As a first step of the carrier connetion sync process, system setup and employee enrollment data is sent to our 3rd party carrier integration partner, Ideon, who then will process the data to the appropriate insurance carriers. This update makes it easier for you to identify and address any data mismatches that may be identified during this process. The new functionality includes:
- A banner in the Benefits Management area indicates how many errors have been identified that require your attention.
- Ability to address any discrepancies found between BambooHR and your insurance carrier.
