Carrier Connection Status Bar

We have added status indicators to help you know exactly where you are in the carrier connection process. When you visit the Carrier Connection Issues page, you will now view a banner if your connection is still in testing or a Connected status label once the connection is live.

When the banner is present, your carrier remains the system of record. During this stage, you will need to continue updating benefit data in both BambooHR and your carrier’s system and resolve any data discrepancies. Once the Connected status appears, the connection is live, and BambooHR becomes the system of record, meaning any changes you make in BambooHR will flow directly to your carrier.
