Choose the Contract Option That Fits Your Global Contractor Workflow

Hiring global contractors just got more flexible. If your organization already uses its own contractor agreements, you can now choose the onboarding path that matches your existing process, helping you move contractors through onboarding faster without unnecessary steps.

What's new

When onboarding contractors through the embedded Remote experience in BambooHR, you can now choose between creating a Contractor services agreement or continuing without an agreement. This gives organizations that already have their own contractor agreements the flexibility to use their existing legal process instead of creating a new agreement during onboarding.

If you choose Without an agreement, the onboarding flow skips the Statement of Work and Contract Preview steps and moves directly to reviewing and sending the contractor invitation, making the process quicker for eligible workflows. This option is only available if you select Contractor Management (CM) as your pricing plan.

What you'll see

If you select Contractor Management as your pricing plan, you'll see a new Contract Options step in the contractor onboarding flow where you can choose the agreement option that best fits your process before continuing with onboarding.
