Clean Up Background Check Packages and Keep Contact Info Current

Managing background checks is more flexible and dependable with two key improvements. You can now delete custom background check packages directly from Settings in BambooHR, helping keep your package list clean and relevant. You can also update the name and email for your Adverse Action Contact, making it easy to keep important notifications accurate and compliant.

When deleting a package, a confirmation step clearly explains the impact. Past and in-progress background checks continue without disruption, while the package is removed from future ordering. If someone attempts to order a recently deleted package, they will see a clear warning so nothing slips through.
