Collections and Refunds for Payroll
For some of our TRAXPayroll customers, pulling or pushing funds to their bank account for reasons outside of normal payroll runs can be necessary. We have built an approval process of transparency that gives the customer a chance to review and approve any of these one-time collections or refunds. Some scenarios where this might happen would be the following:
- A new TRAXPayroll customer needs to provide the YTD tax funds that they received from their previous payroll provider.
- An existing TRAXPayroll customer had tax changes to an employee that happened during a pay period that weren't properly reflected in payroll and so an amendment needs to be made.
