Combined Use of Remote Embedded EOR and Marketplace Integrations

We have improved the way BambooHR works with Remote so customers can now support Employer of Record (EOR) employees, contractors, and global payroll team members at the same time. This update lets you use the embedded EOR integration for EOR employees while also using the Marketplace integration to manage contractors and global payroll employees. This combined approach creates a smoother experience for teams with mixed global workforces and reduces manual data management.

The embedded EOR integration manages all syncing and workflows for EOR employees, and the Marketplace integration supports contractors and global payroll employees. Marketplace settings do not require a sync value for EOR employees, but contractors and global payroll employees still need one to sync correctly. Time off, job title, and salary syncing continue to follow the rules of each integration, giving customers a clear and consistent experience across all employee types.
