Company Tax Validation in BambooHR

Big News! We just released a new update in BambooHR that we know you are going to love. We are happy to announce that we are now making it easier for you to identify missing tax accounts and get them set up prior to running payroll.

Any time you hire a new employee, one of your active employee’s home address changes, or your company address changes resulting in the need to set up a new tax account you will now see a banner on the Payroll tab and Tax Account Set Up page in BambooHR directing you to set up a new tax account.

By selecting “Setup Now” you will automatically be redirected to the setup page for the specific tax account that needs to be added. We’ll even pre-populate the state and tax type for you, all you need to provide is the effective date.
