We're pleased to announce an update to our Compensation Planning feature, available exclusively to customers on the Elite package.

Building on the Compensation Planning Worksheets introduced in May, this update is designed to significantly enhance your planning experience by giving you the tools to manage compensation cycles from end to end.

The compensation management tool streamlines the entire cycle, offering automated calculations, budget allocation, and hierarchical approval workflows, and change communication tools.

Here are the key highlights:

• Approval Flows: The feature includes dynamic approval flows, allowing recommenders and approvers to gain temporary access to compensation-related data for informed decision-making.
• Communication Automation: Automate communication with employees regarding compensation changes, with customizable email templates and placeholders for employee information.
• Admin Features: Admins have full control over the compensation cycle, including creating, editing, and publishing cycles, as well as approval workflows permissions for recommenders and/or approvers. Admins can also export data and view audit logs.
• Publishing: The final step involves closing the cycle and applying approved changes to employee records, with a clear audit trail and communication protocols.
